Parndendi Cafe

Parndendi is an Aboriginal word meaning 'sparkle' or 'glitter' and Parndendi Training Cafe does just that.

Situated on the grounds of Windsor Gardens Secondary College this fully functioning restaurant is open to the public on certain Thursdays during school terms. 

Every term a new menu is developed by the chef and students, it's always gourmet, delicious with flavours, fresh and beautifully presented. 

Prices: $20 per person, which includes 2 courses and your choice of side. Non-alcoholic beverages and coffee included in price. Outside catering is also a service offered by the cafe and the prices are very competitive. 

Bookings are essential and you can contact the College on 8261 2733 during office hours 8am-4pm.

The commercial kitchen and front of house are headed by experienced TAFE trainers. Students enrolled in the courses achieve Certificate I and II in Kitchen Operations or Front of House by the end of Year 12. Many students on completion of their certificates have successfully gained employment in the Hospitality industry or continued their studies at TAFE SA
